If you're just looking to learn/practice, you might want to check out Ebay. I've found used class spinnakers seem to be kind of hard to find and sometimes expensive for the shape it's in.
But, if you're not using it for racing, and just learning to use one just grab the dimensions from the class manual and look on ebay for a spinnaker of a similar size smaller or larger. My "spare" is not class legal, but I picked it up on ebay for about 100$ shipped as I recall. It's made for a 22 or 23' boat, so it's a little big, but it works fine for cruising and practicing.
